:: Kanakabhishek of Shree Vallabhacharya at Vijayanagar ::

The Third circumambulation of Earth by Shree Vallabhacharyaji was unique and was more siginificant then other two. The third circumambulation of Shree Acharyaji was started on A.D. 1558.

The second religious conference at Vijaynagar was looked upon as a very significant one by the religious scholar. This religious conference was meant to discuss the real swaroop of Brahm (supreme being), Jiva (Living being) and Jagat (Matter) according to shrutis and Smrutis.

The queen of Vidhyanagar (viz. Vijayanagar), was the devotee of Vyastirtha Yati, who belonged to Madhva Sampraday. King Krishnadev raiji was king of Vijayanagar. The queen was the disciple of Madhva Sampraday. Through this conference, the queen wanted King Krishnadevrai to follow Madhva Sampraday by making Vyastirth Yati to defeat all other vadins. It was decided that whoever wins in this conference, the king will accept that religion and will follow it. The discussion continued for many days and almost Smartas were on the verge to win. At that time, Shree Vallabhacharyaji entered into the conference to support and establish the pure monoism vedantic philosophy and to defeat the smarta vadins  and Maya Vadins. Shree Krishnadevraiji welcomed Shree Acharyaji with great honour. The form and characteristics of Brahm was under the discussion. Mayavadins believed that Brahma is formless, without any attributes and without characteristics. Vaishnavas believed that Brahm is having blissful form and have divine characteristics. Shree Vallabh understood the situation and told that Vedas, Shree Krishna's conversation with Arjuna i.e. Shreemad Bhagwad Geeta, Vyassutra and Shree Bhagwat Mahapuran must be believed as the only evidence to understand the swaroop of Brahm.

Shree Acharyaji defeated the belief of Madhva Sampraday, Mayavadins, Vaisesikas etc. and established that Brahm is having blissful form and with divine attributes. Brahm has taken the form of Jagat, thus jagat (Universe) is also real and not unreal told by Mayavadins. Jagat(Universe) is thus the Adhibhautik form of Brahm and Jivas are the integral part of Brahm and thus they are also real. Shree Vallabh defeated Vyastirtha, Gagabhatt, Vidyatirth, someshwar pandit etc. After the discussion of 28 days, the conference came to the conclusion that Shree Vallabh's philosophy regarding Brahm, Jiva and Jagat is conforming to all Vedas, Puranas and other accepted evidences. They accepted the Vallabh's viewpoint of Shuddha advaita Brahmvaad i.e. Pure Monoism of Brahm that Pure since it is pure and without Maya.and Brahm is one and only one, but has manifested into several forms of jiva and jagat. All accepted that Shree Vallabh is Vachaspati i.e. husband of Saraswati. And all became aware of his divine power. Shree Vallabh was given the title of Digvijay and Acharyavar by all the scholars present in the conference.
During the divine time, Shree Krishnadeveraji did the acharya Tilak and Kanakabhishek i.e. consecrated shree acharyaji with gold, which was regarded as the supreme honour given to any scholar. All the scholars present in the conference started reciting the vedic mantras of purush sukta, bhadra sukta, shantisukta, saamved Gaan, Mangal Gaan, Shruti Gaan and created a very religious, pious and divine environment. Shree Acharyaji was consecrated with the divine water of all tirthas. After the Tirthabhisheka, Shree Acharyaji was decorated with divine clothes and was made to seat on the highest seat of Kanak i.e. highest religious throne of gold. Shree Acharyaji weared the new divine sacred thread and tulsi garlands. Shree Sambhu bhatt holded the divine umbrella on Shree Acharyaji and Shree Sankaranand and Shree Shyamanandi Started to fan Shree Acharyaji. Amisdt of this, Shree Krishnadevraiji did the announcement and began to utter loudly
